A physique coach running everything through a Google Sheet. We put the app on top of it: his plan lands on the client's phone, and their weight, sleep, steps, biofeedback, training and weekly check-in photos go back into his sheet on their own.

The challenge.
The sheet worked for the coach and nobody else. Clients were sent tabs they could not read on a phone and asked to type numbers back into cells.
Everything useful arrived late and in pieces: a weight in WhatsApp, a photo in an email, a training note that never came at all.
He did not want to abandon the sheet. It is how he thinks, and his whole process lives in it.
Progress photos are sensitive. They needed handling properly rather than sitting in a shared folder.
Our approach.
The app reads and writes his existing sheet, so the coach carries on working the way he always has while clients get something built for a phone.
Clients log weight, sleep, steps, biofeedback and their training as they go, and it lands back in the sheet without anybody copying anything.
Weekly check-ins with private progress photos, stored properly, with consent handled and deletion available in the app.
Wearable data comes in automatically where the client has it, so the numbers are not another daily chore.
Messaging and notifications built in, so the coaching conversation is attached to the data instead of scattered across three apps.
Installs to the home screen and is hosted in the UK, with the client owning the code and the data outright.
The work.

Built fora phone first.
Light and dark, installed to the home screen. The rest sits behind a client login, so what is shown here is the front door rather than anybody's check-in photos.

What we built.
- Two-way sync with the coach's own Google Sheet
- Daily logging: weight, sleep, steps, biofeedback
- Training logged set by set
- Weekly check-ins with private progress photos
- Wearable data pulled in automatically
- In-app messaging with unread badges
- Two-factor sign in, consent and in-app deletion
- Installs to the home screen, UK hosted

Harcon Solutions
Harcon Solutions are a specialist consultancy for construction, engineering and the railway, trading since 2017 with over 50 years of combined experience between them. Their old WordPress site looked the part but made people work to get in touch. We rebuilt it from scratch on their own look: 24 pages, Railway Asset Protection first, an enquiry form on every service page, and every old link still landing in the right place.
SBS Building & Damp Proofing
Richard Wright runs a family damp proofing and building firm in Sheffield, with over 25 years in damp proofing and 9.98 out of 10 on Checkatrade from 150 reviews. The old website stopped scrolling halfway down the page, so most visitors never reached the phone number. We rebuilt it from scratch: fifteen pages, damp surveys first, their own photos and their customers' own words.
PrimeCore Coaching
Pete Aspinall coaches men in their 30s and 40s online, after a professional rugby league career. We'd already done the PrimeCore rebrand and the weekly carousels. The Instagram was working, but the people it sent had nowhere to land except a booking link. We built one page to catch them: who it's for, the proof, how it works, then a call or an application.
