The challenge.
Existing site was hosted elsewhere with email tied to it. Any rebuild had to handle a clean transfer with zero downtime on mail.
Construction marketing tends to fall into two camps: generic stock photos, or DIY photos that look amateur. They needed something better.
Needed a CMS the team could actually use to update content themselves after launch.

We migrated email and hosting cleanly across to a managed setup, then rebuilt the site bespoke in WordPress with a custom design system tailored to the brand.
Big, confident photography of real work, clear service breakdowns, and trust signals throughout. The site reads like a portfolio of the build quality.

Harcon Solutions are a specialist consultancy for construction, engineering and the railway, trading since 2017 with over 50 years of combined experience between them. Their old WordPress site looked the part but made people work to get in touch. We rebuilt it from scratch on their own look: 24 pages, Railway Asset Protection first, an enquiry form on every service page, and every old link still landing in the right place.
