Skulpt
A triathlon coach writing swim, bike, run, brick and strength sessions in a spreadsheet, and athletes trying to train off it on their phones at six in the morning. We built the app instead: the coach writes the block, the athlete opens their phone and sees today's session, the numbers to hit and what to eat.

The challenge.
The plan lived in a spreadsheet. Readable on a laptop, hopeless at the poolside, and impossible to log anything back into.
Endurance training is structured: intervals, zones, rest, RPE. A spreadsheet flattens all of that into text, so athletes guess and the coach has no idea what was actually done.
Nutrition sat in a different place again, which is the half most triathletes get wrong.
Years of existing plans and history had to come across. Starting everybody from a blank app was never an option.
Our approach.
A phone-first app that installs to the home screen, so it opens like any other app without anybody going near an app store.
Sessions are structured properly: steps, zones, target paces and RPE, with the last time they did that session sat underneath it for comparison.
Strength gets its own library, every movement linked to a demo and cues, so a session is followed rather than interpreted.
Nutrition and hydration logged in the same app as the training, because the two are the same conversation.
The coach side builds weeks and blocks, reviews check-ins and sees who is drifting. The athlete side only ever shows today's job.
307 existing sessions were migrated and read back off the server to prove nothing had been lost or mangled on the way in.
The work.

The app,screen by screen.
The design the build follows: the athlete's day, the coach's block builder, nutrition, check-ins and the owner view. Shown as designed screens rather than anybody's real training data.

Harcon Solutions
Harcon Solutions are a specialist consultancy for construction, engineering and the railway, trading since 2017 with over 50 years of combined experience between them. Their old WordPress site looked the part but made people work to get in touch. We rebuilt it from scratch on their own look: 24 pages, Railway Asset Protection first, an enquiry form on every service page, and every old link still landing in the right place.
SBS Building & Damp Proofing
Richard Wright runs a family damp proofing and building firm in Sheffield, with over 25 years in damp proofing and 9.98 out of 10 on Checkatrade from 150 reviews. The old website stopped scrolling halfway down the page, so most visitors never reached the phone number. We rebuilt it from scratch: fifteen pages, damp surveys first, their own photos and their customers' own words.
PrimeCore Coaching
Pete Aspinall coaches men in their 30s and 40s online, after a professional rugby league career. We'd already done the PrimeCore rebrand and the weekly carousels. The Instagram was working, but the people it sent had nowhere to land except a booking link. We built one page to catch them: who it's for, the proof, how it works, then a call or an application.
